We are a meal delivery service with a healthy twist. We cooperate with Etherio Bio and Ayia Skepi from where we source our fresh, organic ingredients, cook them into healthy, delicious meals, and deliver them to your place of choice daily. Simply make your choices online, relax, and enjoy your meal.

1. How does Healthy Meals subscription work?

Make your choices online by following the steps required. It is a weekly subscription service. Choose the meals that will be delivered next week. The order of delivery depends on the chef’s program. Making more choices helps us plan better. If no choices are made, the chef will make the choices for you.

2. What are the different programs offered?

We currently offer six main categories:
Balance Nutrition: Emphasizes organic ingredients, fish, vegetables, and meat, avoiding processed foods and refined carbs.
Keto Friendly (low carb diet): Low in carbs and rich in proteins and nutritious fats.
Vegetarian: High in vegetables, whole grains, nuts, seeds, legumes, soy products, eggs, dairy, and healthy fats.
Vegan: High in vegetables, whole grains, nuts, seeds, legumes, soy products, and healthy fats.
Low carb/low calories: Highly nutritious ingredient, with emphasis on the number of daily calories.
Protein+: Includes high-quality protein with every lunch/dinner meal, as well as organically grown vegetables and whole grains.

3. Can I choose the meals I like?

Yes. You have the option to select your meals each week from our menu. The order of the meals will depend on the chef program, but within the week you will get them all. In case you choose more meals, no problem, you just made our life easier.

4. How can I add my allergies to my order?

Following the steps of registration, there is a list of some main allergies, click the ones related to you. If you have an allergy not listed, you can include this in the comments section.

5. Can I subscribe longer to one week?

Of course, the choices are 1 week, 2 weeks, and 4 weeks.

6. Can I order only for the days I want?

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer the option to order meals for specific days.

7. What if I only want lunch or dinner?

No problem. You have the option to order 1 meal per day, 5 or 6 meals option, or 2 meals per day, 10 or 12 meals option.

8. How can I change my meal plan?

You can contact us via email, and we will try to accommodate the changes you want.

9. Can I skip a week?

Simply, manage your registrations.

10. How many people does each meal feed?

Each meal is designed to serve the needs of one individual. On the other hand, please feel free to share it with friends and family.

11. Do you have a children’s menu?

Not specific, there are plenty of choices.

12. Can I include additional snacks in my delivery?

The option FULL includes breakfast, mid-morning, and afternoon snacks.

13. Can I leave feedback on the meals I have received?

All feedback is welcome. Please use the contact section.

14. How can I cancel my Healthy Meals subscription?

In case we are in the middle of the week, and something came up, please contact us. Otherwise, do not renew your subscription.

1. How does delivery work?

You can include the delivery address per day and per meal. For example, one day you go to work or another day you work from home. Additionally, you want the lunch delivered to work but dinner at home. Each location delivered there is a cost.

2. Do you deliver to my area?

Please check the postcodes we offer services at the moment.

3. When will my meals arrive?

The delivery is done daily between 11.30 – 14.00 unless required later up to 16.00

4. Does someone need to be present to receive the delivery?

We suggest yes, someone needs to be present. We try to avoid leaving food on the floor. In case we do not find anybody present you can pick-up your meal from the nearest Etherio location

5. Can I change my delivery address?

Of course, if it is during the week, please contact us or you can make the changes at the next registration.

6. How do I cancel my delivery?

Please contact us via email.

7. What is the delivery charge?

Each location delivered there is a cost of €2.

8. Can I avoid the delivery charge?

Pick up from any Etherio store in Nicosia


9. Can I pick up my order?

Of course, by choosing pick up from an Etherio store of your choice in Nicosia. Contact us

1. When do I pay?

At the end of the subscription process by inputting your Credit or Debit card information.

2. How do Healthy Meals charge my card?

We cooperate with a Clearing House that has the authorization to offer this type of service.

3. Can I view my order online?

Yes, you may log in to your account.

4. Can I auto-renew to avoid retyping all info?

Most of the choices can be auto-renewed or repeated. You have to re-type the Credit/Debit card information as we do not keep any information on this.

5. Will I get a refund if I am not satisfied with my order?

We do not have a refund policy now. Please contact us via email info@healthy-meals.com.cy to discuss the issue, our main concern is why we have failed to satisfy you.

1. Where are the meals prepared?

All meals are prepared in our kitchen in Nicosia.

2. Do you follow any HASSAP hygiene procedures?

This is one of our major concerns. We are very strict about this.

3. Is anything fried?

Simply, NO.

4. What do I have to do when I receive my order?

Enjoy your meal!!!

5. How can I store my meal for later?

You may store it for later, we suggest using a refrigerator.

We use plastic containers.

2. What should I do with the containers?

You may reuse them in case you wish or recycle them.

Ingredients and nutrition information for our meals can be found on the menu page
of our website by clicking on the meal of interest.

2. What kind of ingredients do you use?

Most of the ingredients used are supplied by Etherio Bio Store.

3. Do you use processed food or artificial ingredients?

We never use processed or artificial ingredients.

4. Do you use canned vegetables?

We only use fresh vegetables in all our meals. Where it makes sense, we use organic products where some of them may be canned.

5. What types of oils do you cook with?

We do not fry. We use Extra virgin Olive Oil.

6. Is the meat used organic?

Unfortunately, not. We strive to use the best ingredients available.

7. I’m very active, how can I get more protein?

Yes of course. You may choose the Protein+ option.

8. Will the meals help me lose weight?

We aim to help you obtain healthy eating habits. Sometimes this may result in losing weight.

9. What if I am still hungry?

You may select the Extra choice where more is included in the serving.
