Choose your general dietary characteristics between the categories given

Choose the Number of weekly meals you would like per week from the options below

  • 5 meals: 1 meal per day from Monday – Friday
  • 6 meals: 1 meal per day from Monday – Saturday
  • 10 meals (lunch and dinner): 2 meals per day from Monday – Friday
  • 12 meals (lunch and dinner): 2 meals per day from Monday – Saturday

Full (Breakfast + 2 snacks)

Choose if you would like to include a breakfast and 2 snacks with your daily meals

  • Try to choose as many as possible. This will enable the chef to plan/operate more efficiently. You need to choose at least 3 meals
  • We will try not to bring the same serving twice unless you made the choice.
  • As a general principle, we follow the principles of a Mediterranean diet.

Delivery

We deliver to the 5 Etherio stores in Nicosia where you can pick it up with ZERO Delivery cost. 

Each delivery costs €2. Delivery are completed between 11.30-14.00 unless required later up-to 16.00.
